I call the week before any event hell week because of the amount of work I have to turn out. It usually means working 12-16hour days 7 days straight. This week is no different.
Tyson we ran out of welding wire after 5 o'clock so none was available. We will finish the headers in the morning.
Keynan I started on your engine today and will have it together tomorrow if all goes right. The tranny will be in Thursday and hopefully driving Friday:tu:

Then we are practicing on Mike's differential Thursday.
By Friday we will have better luck with Dennis' diff:D .

Just make sure Dennis thanks me for being the guinea pig.

Or make sure that I get a Big PR sticker, so when the rear shoots the differential cover out the back on the starting line at Ennis, I can tell everyone who does my work. :D

As of 1:30AM Sunday morning your new tranny and converter is installed. Now to tie in the headers and then some misc fluids, hoses, and such. I am going to take a few hours sleep and try and get it out of the shop today. Then after L Fest I can come home and die in peace:hammer: .

We fired it off today, doesn't sound like it will need too much tuning:tu: . Now if the body shop will ever finish the hood and grille. We should have just thrown that hood in the trash it was FUBAR:hammer: .

Great news Terry! Does it seem to have any lope in that cam? Sorry about the hood. I never saw it until it was at the shop. I guess the whole truck was FUBAR! Thanks again!
