I just saw the Liberty commercial on TV. It says the Liberty has a 5,000# tow rating. I would like to see one towing a Corvette on Rock's open trailer which would be just under 5K lbs:rolleyes: .

Uh, not this one. :D Our '05 3.7l. Limited quotes the 5K tow rating, too.
Very nice little SUV, but it's no towing-rig.

Yeah, we got one too. Thing is a total POS as far as I am concerned. Can't wait to get rid of it.

Tom,
What's wrong with yours? Almost 7k trouble-free daily-driving miles on this one.
Elaine says it rides alot nicer than the L. Go figure.

I hate the damn thing. It's been in the shop too many times for a 2 year old vehicle and it idles rough, it looks like a giant pile of elephant sh!t and it is a Chrysler product! What more could be wrong with it??

Tom, quit sugar coating it... tell us how you really feel..
actually Ronald, I would expect a new car with only 7k miles to be pretty darned perfect. Also, given that the L has a sport tuned suspension and the Jeep doesnt, I would think that the ride would be smoother..
