I just signed up as a supporting member and was wondering if the update is done automatically or if it is done manually. Is there anything else that I need to do besides send the money?

we are having some trouble with the Subscription system

We appreciate your support and when its working it should have automatically added you to the right groups.

But its broke - Since I have a trouble ticket placed with the software vendor Im not manually moving the last few poeple who have signed up

Im using you as test cases so the vendor can see the issue

Bear with us - we will get it done
