If you guys ever need a perfect wash for like no money at all check out Creek View Auto Wash in Allen. I get my truck detailed every week and it only costs me about $40. Thats including shampooing the carpet and getting it waxed. And the best part is that all the guys working there take extra care of my truck just because its an L. I'm talking wash, wax, tires cleaned and glossy, interior detail, carpet vaccumed and cleaned, glass cleaned, and without the wax and carpet it only costs $20. I say badass.:tu:

where exactly is that at? Everytime I get mine done at that place off of el dorado and hardin (can't remember the name) I come away looking just as dirty, but with a gleam. I've noticed that the water in McKinney leaves mineral deposits. :flaming: Do you know if they clay? It's going to be a 2 day job to get the sh!t off of my truck, so I'd rather someone else do it.

I say if you want it done right do it yourself!!! I have never trusted the monkeys at any car wash and I doubt I ever will. Plus, considering I have a black truck I am asking for water spots and mineral marks if I wash it in the sunshine. I wash mine under cover of night so that the water won't dry on me and do all of my own work on it. That's the only way I know it got washed right!

Wash Depot in Bedford does a really good job. Full detail inside and out and a wax for $35 with the coupon on thier website washdepot.com.
In fact, that's how I ended up on this website. Met a Lightning owner by the name of Ford who was getting his washed and he told me about it.

Using Zaino would double the price, right.....?:d I'm figuring you're lucky if they wax with Turtle Wax.
I've been around for a while. I know of at least 3 others guys that are on this board from McK (aka Oklahoma...aka "the place it takes a 1/4 of a tank of gas to get to" ... thanks James!!).
Wht95Lightning: hope you can make it out tonight. We're going to be at Papa's BBQ on Northwest Highway.
Later,

As far as wax goes you'd be lucky to get liquid spooge wax. But it still looks nice. The place is just past autojoke on main st. in Allen.

Being a newbie to this forum, I'd like to know what the heck Zanio is.
I've been using Mothers on my 95 since she rolled off the transport 7 years ago and I have been satisfied.
Is this Zanio really that good?

"Wizards"...rumor has it (from VERY reliabile source) that the durability is less than half that of the Zaino products.
I am staying with the trusted and beloved Zaino...any doubters are welcome to stop by the State Fair car show tomorrow and view the results first hand.
