TALON Group Photos - Edition 3 Pricing

OK guys. I just got the first two samples of the group photo panoramics and I have to say they came out pretty nice!!

So, what we've all been waiting for, how do you get yours. Well, there are two sizes that we can choose from...6"x23" and 12"x46". I will be willing to ship to you if that is what you want, but you'll have to pay for packaging and shipping. So here's what we have:

6"x23" - $7.50 for supporting members, $10 for non-supporting members
12"x46" - $22.50 for supporting members, $26 for non-supporting members
Shipping - I'll check to see how much shipping tubes are as well as USPS charges and report. I am guessing $5-6 for shipping will be enough, though. Or you can wait until a meeting or event and get yours there.

Payments can be sent via mail, given in person, or via Paypal. I have never received payments via Paypal, so I hope it works. My Paypal is tliss@comcast.net, so send payments there. I will not order you a copy on the promise to pay...payments must be recieved before I will order, and I intend on ordering a bulk order in a couple of weeks, so get those payments in!

Derrick, Larry, Garett, Robert, Linda, Tyson, Ron, John (the committee of people that helped organize and make this thing happen), as a sign of gratitude I will give each of you a copy of the 6"x23" at no charge. This is just to say thank you for all of your efforts in making the group pic a reality! If you want it shipped just pay for shipping...otherwise I'll give them to you (after I order them) when I see you.

I only have the one copy of each to show everyone, so I won't have any available for folks to take with them. I'll be placing an order within a couple of weeks so if you want to be included in that order send me the funds and I'll make sure your order is placed! That addition has been on all the samples and was discussed here.
And the answer is NO
If you want a Group picture next year with no "scribbles" one way to do that would be to have PR step up to help with the logistics... :eek2:
Another alternative would be to charge ~$100 a picture, in order to be able to pay back Plano AC for the track rental and lift rental.
And finally - If you had shown up tonight you might have had a say in what was going on with the pictures

As far as an additional contribution, I leave it up to you. With the orders we have in place now I have gotten into the green and covered all costs for freebies. All additional funds will likely go to help fund the Fall Classic in whatever way is necessary.

The order for the first batch of pics is going to be placed Monday. I know there are more of you out there that want one of these bad ass pics to hang on your wall. Get your orders in over the weekend, cuz I'll be placing this order Monday. Not sure when the next order will be, and I'm not planning on ordering one pic at a time, unless you're willing to pay the additional shipping for a single pic (minimum shipping from the place we are ordering them from is $6.00...it goes up $1 for every additional panoramic we order, so it pays to buy in bulk!). So if you want to get your pics ASAP, send in your orders and I'll include you! If I have to place a second order, hopefully we'll have a few to order, as I'd like to order a minimum of 5-8 pics to make the shipping worthwhile.
