I have a strong interest in the Nitto 555R drag radials. Do these work 'better' than a radial at the track? How is the second gear grab on the street? On F1's, the truck gets silly going into second gear and I end up headed for the ditch.
I'm not looking to get Toyo-mileage out of the Nitto's, but what can I expect if I have a somewhat heavy foot? Finally, who has the best prices? Thanks for any advice.
*The Discount Tire website says that one can 'extend traction and wear with Heat Cycling'. How do I go about doing this?
