Next weekend, Trilogy Motorsports is unveiling our 2006 Harley Davidson F150 S/C. The Trilogy 5.4L 3V Intercooled Supercharger kit will start shipping on November 21st.

Our kit runs 9lbs of boost on a Eaton M112 Supercharger with Intercooler. Anyone familiar with the Lightning or 02/03 Harley setup will instantly recognize it. It produces 405hp and 505ft/lbs at the crank.

Here are a bunch of pics of the setup that went into our 06 Harley S/C Project truck being unveiled on November 19th/2005.

Enjoy!

PS - The Polished blower is an upgrade, the standard finish is the Ford OEM Silver/gray finish.

PPS - This kit is not just for Harley's. This kit will go into any Ford Truck with a 5.4L 3V Motor in it, including Expedition, F-Series and Mark LT...

The stock setup is 9lbs boost with one belt setup, with the two belt kit, you can interchange pullies up to 14lbs....

Oh man, my Supercrew needs this. How much will it cost?

$5995... To put it in perspective, it makes a bit more power than a stock lightning mostly because of the improved head design and feels exactly like an L, drivability wise.

It's about 6-8 hours to install. Full Color manual with each step, no specialty tools required, though a buddy is required to help lower the S/C ass'y onto the engine.

I'm sure Terry would be happy to do it. :)

I'll actually be rolling through Dallas on next Monday afternoon with the truck coming back from Detroit. Plan on stopping in at Unique Performance and seeing Terry on my way through...

the 3V heads flow good numbers...Is this going to be a factory '06 HD motor?? I want those heads. Terry, would the 3V heads be a direct swap?

I've been bumping into Doug Hasty a couple times, once sat with him on the plane to Woodward, then ran into him at Sema again. They're doing a F150 project truck right now, ergo the connection and why I'm stopping by...
