Hell yeah! :bowsLee Majors/Colt Seevers also was the Bionic-Man. He took on Sasquatch and that thing from Mars on - Sunday evenings. :) I wasn't into CHiPs, though.

That and B.J. and the Bear, Magnum PI, Simon and Simon, Miami Vice.knanaThose were the days....:)

How many recall watching Gunsmoke, Johnny Carson and Benny Hill with your Dad as a youngster?

Very cool post, Adam!

My parents favorite show when I was growing up was HEE-HAW, which I was forced to watch at gun-point. Some of those farm girls were dressed prettty good though.

I remember Automan!

And used to love Knight Rider growing up. The A-Team was awesome. Airwolf was good, but the stories were too...well, crappy. Not sure why a satellite couldnt find Airwolf inside that rock since it would fly out the top.

Before that, Dukes of Hazzard of course.

What about Cheers, Family Ties, Moonlighting, Night Court, ALF, The Wonder Years, and Growing Pains. Man it seems like there were lots of good shows back in the day and now all we have is generic B.S. reality shows.

some of you guys had to watch some of those shows as re-runs. A lot of those shows are 25-30 years old or older. And I know some of you are not even that old or not old enough to remember the actual first runs, who all was born after 1975? 1980? I know the Bionic Man was on around '74-'75 when I was starting high school. So that mean old school to some of you is early '90's, kinda like the youngster that called Steve-O's '99 L "old school"

I hated the Mary Tyler Moore Show. I mark that as the womens lib/downfall of society via TV in the 70's:hammer: . Now Gomer Pyle USMC was quality TV. Top it off with some F Troop and society is balanced once again.

Oh yeah, one more thing before I go.I'm waiting to hear some of the under 30 guys say they remember when...the NBA did'nt have a 3 point line, when Kareem Abdul Jabar was Lew Alcindor, the NFL had the goalpost in the middle of the endzone, the WFL,and the ABA playing with red, white & blue basketball.

You got me by a year. Hard to believe The Green Hornet never seemed to have re-runs. I know you could have listed more, but The Rat Patrol and Wagon Train came to mind when I saw your list. And maybe Petticoat Junction. :)

I remember Davy and Goliath, Rat Patrol, Gunsmoke, The Andy Griffith Show and Hogan's Heroes. I also remember being ~5 years-old and going to drive-in theaters with Mom and Dad and Regan. :)

In the high-school days, it was Magnum PI, Simon and Simon and Miami Vice. Crocket and Tubbs kicked #ss! knana

I think it was middle-school that Mom and Dad bought my Commodore 64 and 128 computers for me (bought NIB at Montgomery Wards in Ardmore) with a monitor that was the old black/white hand-me-down TV.:)
